These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sikamoringa website (Site) and your relationship with Sika Naturals. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
1.1 The Site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 All orders and purchases made on the Site will also be governed by the Product Terms.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
2. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration. The changes will apply to the use of the Site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Site. If you continue to use the Site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
3. Registration
3.1 You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
3.2 You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.
4. Promotional offers
4.1 Certain offers are only available for a limited period and while stocks last. If you order is received after the offer period or the goods are no longer available at the offer price, we will notify you before we dispatch the goods.
4.2 Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. Excluded Services
The services provided by the Site do not include the provision of computer or other necessary equipment to access the Site. To use the Site you will require Internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication links. We shall not be liable for any telephone or other costs that you may incur.

b) transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice
c) gaining unauthorised access to other computer systems
d) interfering with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Site
e) breaching any laws concerning the use of public telecommunications networks
f) interfering or disrupting networks or web sites connected to the Site
g) making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner
h) Sikamoringa reserves the right to refuse to post material on the Site or to remove material already posted on the Site.
7.2 You will indemnify us against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses reasonably suffered or incurred by us, all damages awarded against us under any judgement by a court of competent jurisdiction and all settlements sums paid by us as a result of any settlement agreed by us arising out or in connection with:

c) any fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory, advertising or trading body or authority in connection with the use of the Site by you.
8. Availability of the Site
8.1 Although Sikamoringa aims to offer you the best service possible, Sikamoringa makes no promise that the services at the Site will meet your requirements. Sikamoringa cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to the Customer Services (see below for contact details) or by email at trade@sikamoringa.com and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
8.2 Your access to the Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. Sikamoringa will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.
9. Sikamoringa’s right to suspend or cancel your registration
9.1 Sikamoringa may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
9.2 You can cancel this agreement at any time by informing us in writing. If you do so, you must stop using the Site.
9.3 The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Site shall not affect either party’s rights or liabilities.
9.4 Paragraphs 9,10,13,14,17 and 18 of these Terms and Conditions shall survive cancellation.
10. Sikamoringa’s liability
10.1 The Site is provided by Sikamoringa without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet.
10.2 The Site provides content from other Internet sites or resources and while Sikamoringa tries to ensure that material included on the Site is correct, reputable and of high quality, it cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. Sikamoringa will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with the Site. If Sikamoringa is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Site we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.
10.3 In particular, we disclaim all liabilities in connection with the following:

10.5 Nothing in paragraph 10 applies to Sikamoringa’s liability in respect of products sold through this Site.
12.6 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude Sikamoringa’s liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence.
12.7 Our acceptance of an order takes place at the time you place the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order.

Part of the Site may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with relevant laws and codes. We will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.
16. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
17. International Use
Sikamoringa makes no promise that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the Site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
18. Expiry Date on Payment Card
Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the day that you place your order. Payment is taken at the point of ordering the goods and in the event that the payment card has expired we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order.
19. Miscellaneous
19.1 You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions.
19.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
19.3 If you breach these Terms and Conditions and Sikamoringa ignores this, Sikamoringa will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
19.4 Sikamoringa shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
19.5 A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
19.6 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
19.7 If any of these Terms and Conditions are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Product Terms
Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Sika Naturals makes the products available to you (‘Product Terms’).
1. Prices
All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. Payment is made strictly with the order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you.
3. Acceptance
The purchase contract is made on ordering and paying for the goods and delivery. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place your order. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until you have purchased the goods. Up until payment, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment the goods and delivery are paid for (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
4.2 Parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail. We will use other postal delivery or courier services if necessary.

The shopping cart shall request if you wish delivery to an international address.= and charge for postage and packaging accordingly.
We will not be liable to you if Royal Mail or any other couriers that we choose to use fail to deliver your purchased goods whether in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days (a working day is 09.00-17.00 UK time Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). The timing of arrival of your order then depends on the efficiency of the carriers concerned.
Once an order is posted, it is up to the postal carriers to deliver to the customer on time. In certain circumstances, e.g. a postal strike, it is possible that an order will be delayed.
For orders of more than one item, a delivery address must be provided by the customer where the order can be signed for.
For international orders, the customer is responsible to determine whether they can legally import the product to their country and to pay any/all charges made.
5. Returns of items
5.1 We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. All of your purchases at www.sikamoringa.com are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee (from date of receipt). We also pledge a 24-hour response time (Monday through Friday) on your e-mail requests/queries. Our specially-trained staff of customer service representatives are available via our e mail at sales@sikamoringa.com.
Returns: If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund within the 14 day returns period (see above). No open packages of any food or supplement products are eligible for return due to the nature of the products and these products must be in the factory sealed container in which they had been provided for refund. All other products can be returned if opened provided they are in a good condition.You are covered by this money back guarantee for a full 14 days from your date of receipt of the order. Please e-mail or call our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receipt to receive authorisation and return instructions.
5.2 Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within two (2) working days of receipt of the goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Cancellation and changes
Please notify cancellation and changes to your order by sending an email to sales@sikamoringa.com. If your order has not been processed then it will be possible to cancel or amend the order as requested. However if the order has been processed and despatched, then you may wish to return the items for a full refund less any requested delivery charges (such as a Next Working Day Delivery)
7. Payment
7.1 You can pay by any American Express, Mastercard or Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
7.1a We do not store credit card details.
7.2 Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
7.3 We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for example, 3.0 version or higher of Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.
